Graduate pathways development

| 2-3 real roles over 3-5 years | At Holcim we understand that when you start work you want to be in a real role contributing the success of the organisation from day one. So, we’ve thrown out the rule book; instead of fixed rotations we are committing that our graduates can expect to have two or three different roles during their first three to five years with Holcim. You will get your hands dirty in a real role from day one, developing within that role until you are ready to move when the right opportunity arises for you. Whilst you will be encouraged to experience different business units and roles, we also understand that some of our graduates will already know exactly where they want their career to take them. You will have a dedicated manager who will support your development and a buddy to answer your small day to day questions. Once you’ve settled in you will have the opportunity to have a mentor to help you define and guide your career plan. You will also work your way through our Graduate Pathways development program, which will give you the core skills you need to succeed as a future leader. This core development includes areas such as influencing and negotiating, relationship building, business etiquette, conflict resolution, time management and effective team work skills. | |
