Our recruitment process

So, how are we planning on finding you? Our recruitment process has five steps:
 
  1. Online applications open: via the Holcim Careers Page
    We ask a few basic questions to get to know more about you.
  2. One way video interview
    If you are successful through the second stage you will have the opportunity to prepare a video presentation. A way for you to make a great first impression!
  3. Phone screen and psychometric testing
    Successful applicants from the one way video interview will move through to this stage.
  4. Assessment centre
    Final round applicants will be invited to the Graduate Assessment Centre for face to face interviews and a site visit to some of our operations.
  5. Pre-employment checks
    ​Will include elements such as medicals and reference checking.
  6. Letters of offer
    Successful applicants will receive a letter of offer.
