Graduate Development Program

Calling all Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics, and Environmental Science students graduating this year who are ready to commence work in February 2023.

We are now taking applications for the 2023 Holcim Graduate Development Program in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New Zealand.

In Australia, the 18-month program equips graduates with hands-on work experience across Humes, Aggregates, and Concrete.

In New Zealand, the 18-month program includes two rotations across the Cement and Aggregates businesses.

Upon completion, each of the graduates will secure a full-time opportunity with us.
