Graduate Development Program - Accelerate
Holcim believes that by identifying and investing in your potential, we can develop our future leaders. As a participant in our graduate program, you will actively contribute and engage with the business, learning industry best practice from key Holcim leaders and employees.
About the program
In Australia, the 12-month Accelerate program is split into three blocks; providing graduates 3 x four-month blocks of hands-on work experience in different focus areas of Operational, Technical, Business and Projects. This will be based in one of our three business units; Humes, Aggregates or Concrete, with locations in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA or SA.
The Graduate Development Program - Accelerate was open for applications from 31st August 2023 until 24th September 2023 for the 2024 intake.

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you'll need to:
- Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of program start date (e.g; 2021, 2022 or 2023)
- Be able to commence full time employment commencing February 2024
- Have studied a degree ideally in, but not limited to: Engineering, Science, Commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics
- Be open and willing to travel to our regional sites for some of your rotations.
- Take part in Pre Employment Checks including a Medical and a National Police Check
