Located at 120 Claisebrook Road, East Perth Concrete supplies high-quality concrete for a wide range of infrastructure and commercial projects across the Perth metropolitan area. With a production capacity of 110,000 cubic metres per year—or up to 300 cubic metres per day—the site plays an important role in meeting the construction needs of local customers. Holcim has operated at the East Perth site since 1987, supporting a team of 23 employees and contractors.

Through advanced research and development, Holcim concrete is designed to address our clients’ most critical challenges. This includes reducing the carbon footprint and improving the energy efficiency of buildings, as well as enhancing cost-effectiveness and construction speed. Our concrete solutions are also developed to boost worksite productivity and meet high standards of architectural and aesthetic performance.

To support future construction needs in the Perth CBD and inner metropolitan area when Holcim closes East Perth Concrete at the end of 2027, Holcim is planning to redevelop its existing Welshpool Concrete Plant, located at 12 Cohn Street, Carlisle. Pending approvals, the project will involve building a new modern concrete batch plant that is efficient with a reconfigured plant layout  designed to environmental and safety best practice.
