Graduate Program

Applications for the graduate program have now closed. In Australia, the 18 month program will be split into three rotations, providing graduates six months of hands-on work experience across Humes (concrete products), aggregates and concrete. Some of our current graduates are located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. In New Zealand, the 18 month program will include three rotations with two placements in the cement business (operations and sales) and one in aggregates.

The 18-month program consists of 3 x 6-month rotations tailored to both graduate interests and Holcim’s business requirements. The program enables graduates to experience different places, people and functions in real jobs working on real projects.
