The Holcim Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program run by Holcim Australia. Graduates gain hands-on experience across operational, technical, business and project-based roles, working at different sites and with different teams.
The next intake of the Holcim Graduate Development Program starts in mid-November 2026, with five graduate roles available in Australia.
Applications for the November 2026 intake close on 28 September 2026.
Graduate roles in the November 2026 intake are based in Australia - in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland. Graduates may also spend time at a regional location on a major project, with accommodation provided.
The program is open to students in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree and to recent Bachelor's graduates.
Suitable degrees include engineering (civil, mining, structural or mechanical), engineering/science, engineering/business, project management, geotechnical studies and business/commerce.
Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.
Graduates may be required to live and work in regional or interstate locations within Australia for extended periods during the program.
Holcim graduates receive a buddy when they start, a dedicated mentor, training to build technical, professional and operational skills, and networking opportunities with other graduates.
Holcim offers graduates a competitive package, including 14% superannuation and annual leave loading.
Yes. Successful applicants complete pre-employment checks, including a medical and a criminal history check.
