About the Program

This 12-month graduate experience is designed to build your technical, professional and operational capability while preparing you for a long-term career with Holcim.

Across the 12-month practical program you will work within a designated business unit, commencing July 2026. The roles are in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia.

This program is suited to graduates who want more than a desk-based start to their career. It is ideal for people who are keen to learn on the job, take initiative and gain experience across sites, teams and projects.

Moving across various sites, you will experience different places, people and functions in real jobs working on real sites. The program will see you work across multiple locations and may require you to travel to some of our regional sites.
