George Agriogiannis joined Holcim Australia and New Zealand as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2019. He leads a team of more than 3,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand as part of the global leader in building solutions. George holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He has extensive executive, senior management and operational experience in construction materials across Australia. Prior to joining Holcim, he was Executive General Manager of Adelaide Brighton Ltd.
Jess Blomfield was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2022. She leads our legal team.
Prior to joining Holcim, she has held senior roles both locally and internationally across a variety of industries. Most recently, she worked for a global logistics company.
Jess holds a dual Bachelor of Laws Bachelor Business degree from the University of Queensland. She has over 15 years legal experience, is a GAICD and a member of the ACC.
Scott Buchanan was appointed as a member of the Executive Committee and Executive General Manager (EGM) of Aggregates in January 2020.
He joined the Group in 1991 and has held various senior leadership roles across Aggregates and Concrete, including General Manager of NSW & ACT Concrete, National Operations Manager Aggregates, and General Manager Metromix.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Paul Casemore was appointed Executive General Manager of Humes in 2025. He leads Holcim’s national precast and infrastructure products business, which supports major civil construction, utilities, and transport projects across Australia.
Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the construction materials industry. Since joining Humes in 1994, he has held a range of senior leadership roles in commercial, sales, and operational management, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and project delivery. He has led teams across key markets and most recently managed operations across South East Queensland.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to safety and innovation in infrastructure solutions.
Joe Di Mento was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Holcim Australia and New Zealand in June 2024. He leads the Finance, Strategy and Governance functions driving commercial analysis across the business.
Joe brings extensive experience in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions and demonstrates a deep understanding of risk and regulatory environments.
Joe was previously Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, CFO of the Aggregates Division, and CFO of the Concrete Division at Holcim Australia. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Economics from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
Helen Jones is Chief People Officer (CPO) at Holcim Australia and New Zealand. She was appointed EGM of People, Culture and Communications in September 2019. She has previously held senior roles in human resources management and workers compensation at Holcim, Rinker and CSR spanning China, Australia and New Zealand.
Helen leads the human resources, brand, communication and workers compensation functions. Her remit spans more than 3,500 employees and contractors operating at more than 200 sites. She holds Bachelor degrees in Human Resources Management and Services, and Labour and Industrial Relations.
Executive General Manager - Concrete and Major Projects
Greg Price was appointed Executive General Manager (EGM) in October 2021. He leads a team supplying concrete from an Australian network of more than 150 concrete plants, 900 mixer trucks plus mobile and on-site facilities.
Greg has held previous local and international executive leadership roles within the construction materials industry, including within Holcim Ltd at Lafarge UK. Greg holds a degree in Minerals Processing and has a strong operational, commercial and customer focus. He brings extensive industry skills and experience having led concrete, aggregates recycling and asphalt businesses.
