Bringing together leaders from across the globe, this six-month leadership journey allows our early-career leaders to gain experience, improve their business skills, increase their exposure to senior management, build their global network, and thus grow as a leader. Individual Development Action Plans
At Holcim you take leadership of your career development for your current role and beyond. As part of the performance review process, you are encouraged to discuss your career aspirations and what development you need (be it formal training or working on key projects that stretch and challenge you) with your manager. We also offer study assistance for professional qualifications such as Diploma, Degree, Graduate Diploma and Masters degrees. Doctorates are not eligible for study assistance.

Holcim Business School
Learning never stops at Holcim – even for our senior leaders. The success of implementing our Strategy 2025 “Accelerating for Green Growth” largely depends on ensuring the Group’s senior leaders have the right leadership skills, resources, knowledge, and networks. It’s with this in mind that the Holcim Business School was launched in 2018, in close collaboration with Canada’s Ivey Business School. Every year, our most senior leaders come together for a module which is taught by external faculty, the CEO and Executive Committee. We are very proud that the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) recognized this program in 2020.
