On International Women’s Day (IWD), we recognise and celebrate the achievements of women.
Under our Country Strategy Vision 2025 we confirm our commitment to deliver increasing female representation at Holcim. Our approach covers four focus areas: Inclusive Leadership, Talent Management, Education, and Communications and Engagement.
The theme of IWD 2022 is “Equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”. Our local efforts to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace are aligned to the theme of #BreakTheBias.
