Graduate Program Now Open for Applications
Our graduate program provides valuable learning and development opportunities to launch your career.
Holcim Australia and New Zealand is currently seeking 14 graduates for the 2022 intake of its Graduate Program.
Graduates from disciplines including but not limited to: engineering, science and business are welcome to apply for positions commencing in February 2022.
Participants in the graduate program actively contribute and engage with the business, learning industry best practice from key Holcim employees.
In Australia, the 18 month program will be split into three rotations, providing graduates with six months of hands-on work experience across Humes (concrete products), Aggregates and Concrete. In New Zealand, the 18 month program will include two rotations across the Cement and Aggregates businesses.
Upon completion of the development program, each of the graduates will secure a full time opportunity in a role aligned to business needs and their interest areas.
