Designed in collaboration with local architects, builders, and installers, these new Geostone products epitomise innovation and style. "The South East Queensland Range seamlessly complements diverse architectural styles, be it residential, commercial, or civil projects," says James Cuthbert, Holcim’s General Manager for Concrete in Queensland.
The South East Queensland Range highlights the essence of natural Australian stone, consciously sourced from regional Queensland. Boasting a wide array of colours ranging from chic Hamptons-inspired tones to contemporary, black-on-black options. This collection, named after internationally renowned islands, emphasises the trend towards ultra-white and extra-black tones and has elicited praise from the building and design industry.
Anton Dovey, Principal Architect of Architects Dovey & Associates, praises the innovation and new colour options inherent in the new range. "It’s fabulous to see that a product as traditional as concrete has evolved and innovated in using such beautiful colours with the aggregates combined with the cement and oxides; it really gives us as Architects the ability and the flexibility to integrate beautiful materials into our projects,” said Dovey.
