Holcim Australia is inviting graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Development Program, offering hands-on experience, structured development and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the building materials industry.
Designed for graduates who want more than a desk-based start to their career, the 12-month program provides practical experience across operational, technical, business and project-based roles. Participants will complete three tailored four-month blocks, gaining exposure to different parts of the business and building a broader understanding of how Holcim operates.
Roles are available across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia. Graduates may also have the opportunity to work across different sites and travel to regional locations as part of the program experience.
Holcim’s Graduate Development Program is designed to help participants build technical, professional and operational capability, while being supported through networking opportunities, a buddy at commencement and mentoring as they settle into their roles.
