Holcim Australia is taking applications for its 12-month Graduate Development Program until 28 September 2026.

Five graduate roles are available across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, and the program starts in mid-November 2026.

The program is open to students in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree and to recent Bachelor's graduates. It suits graduates in engineering, project management, geotechnical studies and business who want hands-on experience and real responsibility from day one.

What will Holcim graduates do?

Each graduate completes a 12-month practical program within a designated business unit of Holcim Australia, including Humes, its precast concrete and water infrastructure division. Graduates gain experience across operational, technical, business and project-based roles, working at different sites and with different teams.

The program is designed for graduates who want to learn on the ground as well as in the office. Graduates take on real responsibility early and build the technical, professional and operational skills for a long-term career in construction and building materials.
