Celebrating the Next Generation of Humes Leaders
Empowering emerging talent through Holcim’s Future Leaders Program
Over the past several months, ten emerging leaders from Holcim’s concrete products division, Humes, have come together to learn, share, and grow. The Future Leaders Program has given them the tools, networks, and confidence to lead with purpose.
Through three intensive modules, participants explored:
- Leadership & Safety – embedding a culture where people and safety come first.
- Technical & Operational Excellence – sharpening knowledge to drive efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
- Sales & Commercial Acumen – strengthening customer focus and commercial impact.
Ten emerging leaders from Humes came together to learn, share, and grow through the Future Leaders Program.
The program has already had a positive impact, building confidence, skills, and lasting professional networks.
The program really broadened my perspective on leadership and how different approaches can align and enhance my own style. Most importantly, it gave me lasting connections with leaders across the business. The collaboration was outstanding and gives me confidence in the strength of our people.
The Future Leaders Program has prepared me for future opportunities by helping me build a growth mindset, create engaged and high-performing teams, and better understand our customers.
The program combined seminars and hands-on sessions, giving participants the tools to strengthen their leadership skills.

Beyond the learning, participants built a strong professional network. The collaboration and relationships formed are already supporting cross-business problem-solving and will continue to strengthen Humes into the future.
