Emerging Leaders to Represent Holcim Australia at One Young World Summit
Holcim Australia is proud to announce that Esta Kocsis, Project Supervisor based in Melbourne and Baron Law, Sustainability Coordinator, based in Brisbane, will represent our business at the One Young World Summit 2025, held in Munich, Germany in November.
They join 30 delegates from across the Holcim Group as part of our third consecutive year partnering with One Young World, a global forum uniting over 2,000 young leaders from more than 190 countries to tackle critical issues shaping the future.
This year’s Summit addresses five pivotal global challenges identified through a consultation with 1,500 young leaders worldwide: accelerating the circular economy, combating hate in society, promoting responsible use of AI and technology, expanding education access, and enhancing peace and security.

“Being part of One Young World through Holcim is an incredible opportunity — it’s where leadership, innovation and purpose come together.”
Holcim’s partnership with One Young World aligns with our global commitment to invest in people and ideas. Through the Building Tomorrow Scholarship, we support youth-led innovations focused on sustainability, climate resilience, and digital transformation. Locally in Australia, we complement this with targeted graduate programs, traineeships, and mentoring to develop our emerging leaders and support their career journeys.

“I’m excited to connect with people working on real-world solutions — I’m proud to represent a business who believe in the power of young minds.”
Esta and Baron’s selection highlights Holcim’s ongoing focus on empowering future-ready talent and bringing global insights into our business. We look forward to seeing the ideas and connections they bring back to Australia and beyond.
