Driving Inclusion, Building Impact
Holcim Australia Renews Strategic Partnership with Habitat for Humanity for 2025–2026
Holcim Australia is proud to announce the renewal of our strategic partnership with Habitat for Humanity Australia for the 2025–2026 period—marking our third consecutive term of support. This ongoing collaboration continues to focus on creating tangible outcomes for communities through sustainable housing solutions and inclusive employment opportunities for disadvantaged women.
Our renewed sponsorship maintains two critical focus areas:
Provision of essential construction materials
Holcim will continue supplying high-performance materials to support Habitat for Humanity’s delivery of housing and infrastructure for vulnerable groups across Australia.
Investment in the Habitat Women program
Our financial support remains a cornerstone of the Habitat Women program—a social enterprise designed to address gender disparity in the construction industry by creating structured pathways for women facing barriers to employment.

Most recently, we celebrated the graduation of two new Habitat Women cohorts. These participants completed hands-on trade training at the Meadowbank workshop, gained on-site experience through the Days in Boots program, and received career support and mentoring to prepare for long-term roles in the construction and maintenance sectors.
Many graduates have since joined Habitat for Humanity maintenance and project teams, contributing directly to the improvement of domestic violence shelters and community housing initiatives—creating safer, more dignified environments for those most in need.

The Habitat Women program continues to deliver measurable impact—empowering women to build meaningful careers while strengthening the communities they serve.
As an industry leader, Holcim is committed to supporting initiatives that not only address critical skills shortages, but also advance diversity and inclusion in real, lasting ways.
Over the past three years, Holcim has contributed to multiple builds and refurbishments across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia—supplying materials and mobilising employee volunteers to support essential projects for low-income families, domestic violence victims, and socially disadvantaged groups.
Our continued partnership with Habitat for Humanity Australia is rooted in shared values: social equity, inclusive employment, and sustainable community development.
Together, we are not just building homes—we are building futures.
