Holcim recruiting due to project growth in WA
Holcim is growing in Western Australia and looking to fill a variety of fly in/fly out (FIFO) roles
Over the last three months, Holcim WA has been working closely with a major customer to support their five-year growth aspirations in the State’s Northern Goldfields.
Engaging with our customer’s project team to better understand their challenges, our review considered the resourcing, work environment and structural needs to support future growth.
“The Northern Goldfields business is a very important piece of our operations in WA. I’m thrilled at the work the team has done to set the platform for the next five years of success in the region,” said Rebecca Reeves, General Manager, WA Concrete.
Our future growth review, powered by strong market activity in the region, means we are now looking for the following fly in/fly out roles:
- Project Supervisors
- Lead Batchers
- Plant Operators
- Agitator Drivers
- Project Managers
