Prestressed piles, decks and girders

Humes manufacture a wide range of prestressed bridge componentry to meet road and rail authority specifications, including beams, decks and planks, I-beams, girders, and piles (rectangular precast concrete section and hexagonal prestressed units).

Humes' prestressed items are suitable for major bridge and wharf infrastructure, to minor infrastructure works. Non-standard items may be designed by our in-house engineering team.

Humes is an accredited manufacturer of prestressed structures for Queensland Main Roads and Queensland Rail, including their range of decks and planks (up to 25m), Super-T girders/T-Roffs (up to 38m), and I-Beams.
