International Women’s Day 2021: Taking action for equality
Happy International Women’s Day! Today, we celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.
To celebrate this year’s theme, Choose to Challenge, we’re taking the opportunity to challenge not only gender bias, but the barriers that hold us back from building a truly diverse and inclusive work environment in Holcim.
To do this, we’re proud to introduce our new Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
