Customer and Sales Excellence Awards
Well done to Holcim’s Sydney Major Projects team, who were named this year’s Customer Excellence Award winners at our Australia and New Zealand Annual Awards. Working on some of the largest and most transformative public infrastructure projects for the Sydney region, including WestConnex M4 and M5, Sydney Metro, CBD Light Rail and NorthConnex, the Major Projects team continue to raise the bar for Holcim.
Over the years, the knowledge and experience gained by the Sydney Major Projects team has been key to building strong industry relationships and a reputation for continuously exceeding customer expectations. At the heart of their success is their unwavering commitment to excellence and always putting the customer first. It is this focus and determination that has contributed to their winning edge in the market.
Sales Team of the Year Award
Congratulations to the Excel Concrete Sales Team who were recognised for their outstanding work throughout 2018. Placing their customers at the heart of decisions, the Excel team have continually exceeded expectations and relentlessly sought out new ways to deliver the highest quality service to their customers.
From introducing Sales Safety Improvement Team meetings to increase customer relevance in safety conversations, to their excellent customer response and engagement results via Salesforce, the entire team’s personal determination to secure every opportunity and find enhanced value-added solutions for their customers make them this year’s worthy Sales Team of the Year.
Salesperson of the Year Award
Highly regarded by his customers and peers alike, Danny Mazzarolo, Aggregates Account Manager for South East Queensland, has been a great contributor to the SEQ Aggregate business in 2018 and a deserving winner of the Salesperson of the Year award.
Through his utmost dedication to the needs of his customers and his commitment to delivering the highest level of service Danny has supported the growing supply-demand for his two-quarry region.
Israel Haddon, Account Manager for Excel Concrete in Queensland, has enjoyed an outstanding 12 months in Sales with Holcim.
Through hard work and dedication, Israel has earned a reputation for being an attentive and responsive Account Manager who delivers for his customers. Israel goes above and beyond to ensure his customers achieve their business targets, even if he has to think ‘outside the box’ to find the best solution.
